The Johnny Young Talent School Mill Park offers
professional singing and dance lessons to all in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne Victoria and beyond.

The school offers performance classes for students from 3yrs to Adults.
Students are streamed according to age and ability.
Tuition is of a high level and conducted in an atmosphere of friendship, fun and learning.
No experience is necessary.

JYTSMP Philosophy

QUALITY DANCE EDUCATION BEGINS WITH A STRONG FOUNDATION IN PROPER TECHNIQUE.

Emphasizing proper technique creatively in the early years of dance training improves learning skills and develops discipline and self-confidence. Equipping a student with strong dance technique enables them to make continual progress without the set backs that bad technique perpetuates.

PERFORMANCE IS AN INTREGAL PART OF DANCE EDUCATION

Performing also plays a developmental role in dance education. Providing the student opportunities to showcase their achievements motivates them to strive to reach their full potential and rewards them for their hard work.
In order to give each dancer performance experience without sacrificing their technical training, classes must grow in length according to ages and levels. In our 12 & up and company classes separate repertoire classes are required.

CLASS SIZE SHOULD BE LIMITED

Obviously, the more students there are in a class, the less personal attention they receive. For this reason we limit the number of students in our classes.
